About me
Diana Bloom is passionate about helping camps and camp staff thrive by teaching and supporting strong accountability practices. With a deep love for camp life, she is dedicated to making camp communities even better places to learn, grow, and create lasting memories. Through her engaging seminars, workshops, webinars, and executive coaching, Diana equips participants with practical tools to improve accountability and reduce stress, fostering environments where everyone can succeed. Known for her humorous and straightforward style, Diana's workshops are interactive and filled with practical takeaways. She helps camp staff strengthen communication, sharpen delegation, and improve project management, all while supporting a collaborative culture. She joined the Cornerstone Faculty as an Advisor in 2020. In addition, Diana serves on the faculty of Spertus Institute's M.A. in Jewish Professional Studies. She holds a B.A. in Judaic Studies and an M.A. in Medieval Jewish History. Diana lives in Tampa, Florida, with her husband, Aaron, and is the proud mom of twins, Eliana and Gil, both lifelong camp lovers. In her free time, Diana can be found reading international police procedurals, deep-diving into NFL pros' last names and family trees, or on the Hillsborough River practicing with her mixed masters crew team, in pursuit of not being the slowest boat in the regatta.
