In this session, we will explore the role of trust and why it is a necessary foundation for a successful team. Together, we'll work through practical strategies and hands-on exercises that you can take back with you to strengthen your team(s) this summer. As a team leader, modeling trust is key; when trust is shown, it is almost always reciprocated.
